The Vincentian Youth Leadership Program (VYLP) is a leadership gathering for the Youth and Adult Leaders of the Vincentian Marian Youth. Participants from the school, parish and local groups are invited to attend this program to deepen the formation on Vincentian spirituality, prayer, service, community and apostolic reflection. The Youth Leaders invited embody and demonstrate Vincentian values and charism, leadership skills, and be willing to share the knowledge gained with their peers following the completion of the program. In addition, the Youth Leaders will be implementing a specific service or formation activity, with the mentoring and support of the Adult Leader(s).
The Leaders will have an opportunity to meet other leaders from other school/parishes, build lifelong skills, learn ways to grow in their relationship with God and the Blessed Mother, as well as incorporate St. Vincent’s charism of serving the poor and needy, with humility and selflessness.
