VMY Members will learn about the Rosary, Mary in the Vincentian tradition and the May Crowning whilst letting their creative juices flow. They can show their love for Mary by creating a beautiful diorama, a sun-catcher, a bulletin board or even a video. They may also take some quiet time to reflect and pray the Hail Mary or get hands-on with the various Rosary activities. The lesson plan will include all levels (Elementary, Middle and High School/Young Adult Members).
Lessons may be incorporated during/on:
August 15 – The Feast Day of the Assumption of Mary
September 8 – The Birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary
October – Month of the Holy Rosary
December 8 – The Feast Day of the Immaculate Conception
January 1 – Solemnity of Mary, the Holy Mother of God
March 25 – The Annunciation
May – Month dedicated to Mary
